I wanted to tell you how happy I am with your service! I ordered and received my blind very quickly and with no problems at all. However upon hanging we discovered there was a fault. I contacted OzBlinds on 20th of May who very promptly answered my email and kept me up to date on the process. I received a replacement on 2nd of June. Ordering the products on line is really easy. The explanation of the way to measure the blinds was easy to understand. Ordered verticals for all windows downstairs & once delivered, installation was easy, everything fit correctly, & no blinds were damaged in transit. Price was great compared to anywhere else.

My venetian blinds arrived but unfortunately 3 of the 5 were damaged in transit. Sometimes you can tell more about the integrity of a business and their staff by how they deal with a problem. Oz Blinds product is great, my blinds fit the spaces and have an extremely professional finish and at a reasonable price. Your customer service is A1 especially in dealing with my problem.
