Stay away from these guys!

Purchased a 6m x 6m carport and had issues from the start. The items were poorly packaged with some components being dinged and marked, while others were totally warped in what appears to be a factory defect (i.e. no quality control). No engineering plans or certified wind ratings are provided.

The 4 post version just bows in the middle and the whole carport rattles and shakes in the wind even with the slightest of breeze. At 40km/h it looks like the carport will take off down the road!

To top if off, 6 months after install the polycarbonate sheets are now starting to crack! The 10 year warranty and customer service is non-existent. They rarely respond to emails (after the sale) but when the do they just blame the customer even though the real issue is their poor quality products.

I cannot recommend OzCarport and to be honest even 1 star is too high of a rating!!

My issues have not been resolved nor have I received any compensation. I will consider updating this review if the issue is resolved in the future.
