I found this business online 2 nights before my daughter's 4th birthday party, and were excited about the bags and providing something different from the normal run of the mill bags full of lollies. With us in Melbourne and OzParty bags being in QLD, I thought, what is the chance of having them here on time. Well, I was most impressed by the prompt and very friendly customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, my questions were answered promptly, our order was processed and in express mail the next day, arriving well within time for the party. Thanks so much, it's hard to find such good customer service now a days. Needless to say the bags were a complete hit and I have shared the website with the parents, so hopefully more orders will be coming Sara's way. Keep up the great work
