My first mistake was to trust these guys and buy a kit from them. The second was to trust their architectural drawings were correct. So now im left with an installed patio that can't be approved and trying to deal with these people gets you no where. They are "too busy" to help week after week after week and "will get back to you" which they never do. Once they have your money, they don't want to deal with anything and love slamming the phone down on you!
