This course changed my life. Yes, it might seem more expensive than a three-day medical terminology course but it is a full Certificate IV which would cost a comparable amount if undertaken through another provider such as TAFE...and this one can be done at home in your slippers ;-) It is challenging and the course and work is not for everyone; however, some people are made for it and I am lucky enough to be one of them. I graduated several years ago and still work with new graduates and I can see that the changes to the course have been an improvement as they come out much better prepared for the workplace than I was! The owners (including a currently working GP) and office staff are helpful and approachable and there is a great student support network. If you're looking for someone to hold your hand and tell you everything, then you will need to look elsewhere but if you can learn independently with a bit of direction (which is what the real working world is like, after all) then at least attend a webinar and make an informed decision about the course.
