I recently had my floor done through oz-grind.
Their attentiveness and responsiveness to everything was amazing!
We really had no idea what to expect when we visited the showroom, all we knew was we wanted polished concrete. They walked us through everything and made sure we knew what our options were and negatives and positive of all options.

On the day of the floors being polished we encountered an issue caused by us and were unable get the flooring we planned. Jesse who was polishing our floors made me feel so calm even though everything was up in the air.
They were wonderful dealing with this problem (before business hours as works started at 7am) and first and foremost wanted to give us an outcome we were happy with.

They suggested a floor that was cheaper for us in the end so it was obvious their main concern is always customer satisfaction.
Overall I would recommend oz-grind to anyone!

Amazing service from the first email, to the site visit, to the admin staff right through to my beautiful, character filled new floor. We were consulted at every step and couldn't be happier with the finished product.

From the moment we walked into the shop until our floors were complete we had great service. Floors look great. Nail holes are still visible but understand perfect colour match fill is nearly impossible. Thanks to all.
