We had Ozrite - Awnings & Outdoor Blinds do an installation for some patio blinds probably about 5 years ago now. In that time they have worked flawlessly. They are exposed to full sun and rain and look pretty much the same as when they went in. The whole house is noticeably cooler too.
At the time we had several quotes from other well known companies but liked that they were an outdoor blind specialist and that they were extremely competitively priced. The sales person was great he was very informative and I liked the fact that he was also the Installer of job.
We are now in the process of getting some more blinds done on the otherside of our house and I have to say that the service is so far every bit as good as it was the first time around.

Ozrite enclosed our outdoor area with Ziptrack blinds. We are thrilled with the result. One of the reasons I chose them was that they listen to what we want and why. Their representative was meticulous with his measurements and the end-result was perfect. The installer was a punctual, tidy worker, and clearly takes pride in what he does. I would recommend Ozrite to anyone wanting outdoor blinds! We have had many compliments on the work done. The price was also the best in town. I am very happy!

We had some outdoor blinds installed under our patio by these guys and we couldn't be happier with them. Their quote was very competitive and they were extremely helpful and friendly. They were happy to work around the timeline of other renovations we were doing at the time and when we were ready to install they did it very quickly and efficiently. It's hard to look past these guys for good quality, great service and affordability.

They have poor customer service. They didn't show up to the first appointment then turned up very late to the 2nd rescheduled appointment. They were unreliable and wasted a lot our time. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
