Is stuck in his old ways needs to be up to date with vet dermatology . Says will respond and help via text and phone never responds back to your enquire even after you’re a paying patient. Rambled on DIDN'T make sense wrote scribble on a piece of paper for us to take home trying to make sense of it all totally was a nightmare ( so unprofessional) . Very disappointed .
