I wouldn't rate them.

Very good at taking fees for so called 'property management'. Not at all good for representing the interests of a property owner.

I have been with them for over 15 years. No problem with property managers but sometimes landlords were uncooperative which isn't the Agents fault!! So personally I have had very good experiences with them

I used P. Di Natale a few years back to Property manage the property. I found they where great but for me the icing of the cake was Jodi who was awesome when it came to selling my property and getting me well over the expected sale price. She kept me updated through the process and the sale was smooth and hassle free. Jodi is awesome and I’d highly recommend her.

Not at all good in short .If we find any issues they take long time to get back and most of the issues were not solved..

Worse property manager I ever come across and didn't do her job properly. Glad I got out of there and moved in to a better property and with a better real estate agent.

The agent was really rude an hysterical , the property was already leased and we only had two days to leave. Many people has told me that renting in Australia is a nightmare, this just confirmed it.

The most unprofressional and rude rental manager i have ever come accross in 20 years renting. Terrible service and no not follow up on repairs. I would try one of the many other QUALITY real estates in the area and avoid this one.

I have been renting with these guys for about 7 years and find them to be pretty good. They were the only Real Estate in my area that would give me my first lease, and were willing to give me a chance, so I've never let then down..
