Had a blocked drain which flooded the ensuite and room,first contact phone manner was pleasing.gave a estimated time which allowed me to go on with my day,but also advised if they could attend earlier he with call.Arrived to my home and was welcomed with a warm handshake.Constant communication between the worker and my self was very reassuring.
