- we waited for an hour for our food to come out
- wait staff was rude, didn't come to check on us once during our wait
- i ordered "tomato marinara with chilli and basil"--the dish came out and had lots of seafood in it. this was not specified in the menu so I had to send it back (i'm vegetarian). what they brought me instead was inedible. It tasted like they had opened a can of diced tomatoes and poured it over spaghetti. My friend tasted it as well and said she couldn't eat it.
- i sent it back and they said i had to pay for the dish even though when i ordered the dish at first it had been completely misrepresented on the menu and then the replacement was disgusting
- the chef told me that if i didn't pay for that dish (while i was still more than happy to pay for the 3 other dishes we ordered and ate) that he would CALL THE POLICE

LOL, I'VE NEVER IN MY LIFE BEEN TREATED THIS WAY.

It's as if they don't want return customers. STAY AWAY--I spoke to lots of other people around town about it the following day and they had lots of similar stories to share. Most of these people just aren't posting about it on yelp so it goes unnoticed. I hope this restaurant completely tanks so that people won't be treated so disgustingly when they're trying to enjoy a nice meal.

WOW IT WAS FABULOUS SERVICE WAS SUPERB FOOD DIVINE A LITTLE DEAR BUT WELL WORTH IT AND WE DIDNT WAIT LONG FOR OUR MEAL MAYBE JUST DIM THE LIGHTS A LITTLE IT IS VERY BRIGHT INSIDE

took my family here for dinner and i must say i was suprised, its not much to look at on the outside but the food is devine and the service we recieved was fantastic, will def be going back, maybe for a date night :)

mmmmm italian food...who doesnt love it! good little sit down resturant, great for catching up with friends, have a date night or have dinner with family, good food good serive and really nice staff

Pacino's Rockhampton is a great place to eat, drink and socialise with friends on a night out. Pacino's has a great range of food offers and cater to personal needs such as Gluten Free Food offers as well.

This rating is for the takeaway part of the Restaurant. We bought two pizzas from there (family of 4 who normally need 2 pizzas from the chain stores) and had a whole pizza left over. They are fantastic. Really large and delicious.
