If you can't get enough of cheese, you'll have a field day here! Whenever I'm making ricotta cannelloni or cheesecake I always drop into Paesanella because they sell the freshest cheese at a reasonable price. The ricotta is always warm when I purchase it and its just so tasty! They've got an extensive range of cheeses in their shop, and the staff are really knowledgeable and helpful.

Lovely people, very friendly and know their cheeses, both local and international. They also sell a good range of gourmet deli products - antipasto, pasta, jams, salts, meats even Ben & Jerry's ice cream. Their freshly made Ricotta is one of the best I have ever tried, so creamy and delicious plus they have unusual things like caramelised balsamic dried tomatoes - yummy on a cheese platter.

If you are having a dinner party and need cheese and want to try something new and have a range of cheeses on offer then this is the place to go. They know their cheeses and spend the time (despite always having a full shop) to make sure you get the right cheese for you. Excellent range and you don't feel like an idiot when you don't know exactly what cheese you are after - taste testing seals the deal!

Fantastic wholesale italian cheese shop in marrickville, only 5 mins walk from the main shops. They have a large range of italian cheeses such as mozzarella, ricotta & bocconcini. Really cheap and friendly staff, however sometimes you might have to queue up. Definitely worth a visit.
