Today I received an honest and thorough assessment for some upcoming XW wagon paint/body restoration service. Simon went out of his way to explain the options available, and coupled with the fact that I was referred to him by word of mouth reinforces why I will be looking forward to using Paintwerks services.

I just had my Subaru Liberty 3.0RB's rear bumper bar fixed by Paintwerks (got the car back this afternoon). The service (Simon) is excellent. I have never had such good communications both during the drawn out dealings with the insurance company and ongoing updates of the progress.

I got the car back after three days as promised. The workmanship was excellent. He even had the stone chipped marks on the bumper bar as well as the rear wheel arch areas where the mud flaps (would have been) resprayed to match the color of the surrounding panel. The real parking sensors were also sprayed to fix paint chips and color matching of the rear bumper. Other scratch marks near the tow bar connector area was also sprayed as part of the repair.

Paintwerks was a bit far from where I live but after reading over 70 good comments I thought I'll give Simon a shot . It was well worth the effort as the workmanship is exceptional and communications is the best I have come across for many years from any company.

Simon makes dealing with the insurance company almost bearable.
