If I could give 0 stars I would. Reception have attitude and wait times are ridiculous. I thought it was a once off that I’d have to wait an hour and 10 mins to be seen by a doctor who listen to me for 10 seconds and hadn’t had any patients in her room inside I got there. Dismissed that once off experience and returned today to wait another 55 mins which was crazy, I asked at 25 mins how much longer got told 5 mins, didn’t want to be that annoying person so waited until 55 mins to get told I’ll be seen shortly.

We have been going Pakenham Family Health since we moved to the area 2.5 years ago.

We find that the waiting time could be long (20 minutes or more), so don't turn up at your appointment time and expect to be seen right away.

All the doctors are okay but after seeing a few of them, we have our favourite who we see everytime we go to the clinic.

They open on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday so it's very good for those who work during weekdays.

The wait times here always seem to be very long, but the staff and doctors are always attentive to me and listen to what i have to say. Niggley point i know but my car always scrapes the drive way on the way in, id be careful with a car that has a low front bumper!

Bulked bills which is good, over the top long waits (even for the second appointment of the day) only to be rushed out he door with a scripted for antibiotics for a broken hand.

Pakenham Family Health has many very good, caring doctors that are interested in the patient and take time to treat you as a person.

The doctors are all highly qualified and the care is outstanding.

The hours that the practice is open are convenient and they are even open on Sundays now.

They bulk bill and you are generally seen on time or within a short waiting time of your scheduled appointment.

I highly recommend this practice and the doctors at Pakenham Family Health.
