We changed to this clinic because my wife is Iranian and Dr Anahita Sepahrad spoke fazi and very good English. Made my wife feel very comfortable. Me also, I am Australian, do not know any fazi. Anyway Dr Anahita has left according to the receptionist but is still on their web site. Clinic will not tell us where she has gone however we will find her as a matter of health and principle.,
Update: 19/02/22. Dr Anahita is still on their web site, although we feel she has been gone about 3 or 4 weeks. This is not good public relations from this clinic. Also a very poor business practise.

I am coming here since opening of the clinic

I have very good experience during the observership as a doctor in Pakenham Medical Clinic together with Dr Zaman. Dr Zaman is very dedicated and patient in teaching and he never hesitates to help and share his experience and his knowledge as well as clinical skills. I was very good accepted by everyone especially by Dr Zaman, who was my primary supervisor. For anyone who wants to do observership or to start their career there is very good place to start with.
Being new in the country and to have very good insight in the Australian Healthcare System I recommend to everyone to start with an observership.

Dr Zaman is an extremely good GP
He has an excellent bedside manner and is extremely knowledgeable in all medical areas.
Dr Zaman takes his time with you and explains everything clearly

I have been going to this clinic for a while now with my family because of the amazing Doctors team they have on board, but in my last two visits i was bit disappointed as even after making appointments online I had to wait hours before been attended by the dr. So maybe that could be an area of oppprtunity for the clinic to start considering and manage the bookings in a bit better way as everyone have got really tight schedules these days.

Do not recommend this clinic, the 2 main Doctors are extremely rude, I trusted them to take care of my health, due to there lack of care or knowledge of my serious medical condition, even though they had all of my paperwork from the hospital, I ended up with my Daughter calling an ambulance for me. This would not have happened if they actually read my medical files, I was also yelled at by the owner in front of the other patients waiting and am not the only one he has done this too.
Completely unprofessional and have serious concerns about these so called Doctors. I will NEVER go there again, thank God I now have a very lovely caring Doctor and my health is now in good hands.

My son Jaxxon is 12 months old & unsettled. as soon As Dr Zaman Looked at him he prescribed him what he needed . Only the next day and Jaxxon is a different baby. He is fantastic doctor for children. will become family doctor.
