these people are very genuine and have great customer service - I walked in off the street with both pairs of my reading glasses needing a minor repair and they did it on the spot and asked for only a donation to a charity as their fee!
absolutely outstanding!!! I didn't actually buy my glasses there either - that didn't matter at all. :-)
I can't recommend them highly enough.
