By far the best customer service i have ever experianced! Staff were freindly and didnt sell me anything i didnt need. Will definatly be back!
Look service was good sort off, had a cracked rim, and they sent it away to be fixed that took over a week when told 1 day. Got told all was good. The same bloody thing happened less than 2 months later in the same weld, took it back and they wanted to weld it again. No thankyou thats not acceptable. Slightly condescending as well
This business believes in SERVICE. I have dealt with them for many years. They are honest in their assessment of my vehicles tyre issues and helpful when I drive in and say a tyre has a 'slow leak'. I like their location; I can drop my car off and walk to the shops. It's the only tyre business in Pakenham within easy walking distance of the main street shops.
