I love this cinema, but what ruins it for me, almost every time, is the ridiculous loudness of the movies. I have on various occasions complained verbally during or at the end of the film but the message is not getting through. Friends and family have also experienced the same auditive assault. Why do you insist on inflicting this on to your audiences? It can actually cause permanent hearing loss in children.

Thankyou to the lovely usher who was so helpful to my elderly and slightly physically challenged friend by carrying his drink and popcorn to the theatre until he was comfortably seated. It is this little bit extra customer service that is much appreciated and will keep me returning to the theatre even though it is a bit of a distance to travel.

This is a great cinema in the Barracks Dining and Entertainment precinct. It a classy cinema where you can take in a class of wine and it has a great mixture of mainstream movies, arthouse movies and foreign films. The popcorn is always fresh and crisp. I have also been to a Christmas Function here where amazing drinks and canapes were served prior to seeing a movie. I signed up to their Movie Club for a small fee so the ticket price is very competitive.

One of the best cinemas in brisbane. They have a lovelyittle cafe downstairs and upstairs they have a fully licensed bar where you can order your alcohol and take into the movie. The only cinema I have seen, other than Gold Class where u can drink alcohol. cinema tickets are quite cheap.

Palace Cinemas, Barracks is a great cinema that is very new and clean. The ticket prices are good but if you become a member the prices are even cheaper. It is not very crowded and it has a great selection of food. The waiting area for movies has many comfortable chairs. The cinemas are not very crowded which results in a good experience!

Palace Barracks Cinema is a great place. The night we wet there was a cold winters night and we were able to park easily and cheaply nearby. The cinema has interesting cafes very close by for before or after your movie and the cinema itself was staffed by helpful friendly people. Had an excellent hot chocolate made as I waited to take in as well so was veery happy. ticket prices are reasonable too.

A classy cinema where you can take alcohol into the theatre. Good selection of current movies and a couple that weren't on at other cinemas. Have been a couple of times and had a good overall experience.

This is my favourite cinema in Brisbane. The atmosphere is very unique and exciting. The choc tops are the best you'll find and the service is very professional and friendly.
