A pair of wedding rings made to fit my clients solitaire were made by Palloys, diamond set. They looked wonderful, until two years down the track one fell into pieces. Palloys response? Nothing for them to address, they only provide a warranty for 12 months. So be warned, unless your jewellery falls apart within the year they will do absolutely nothing. They had the audacity to imply my client had bent the ring and caused the break! From my jewellery background metal is able to bend over time and should not fall apart! The service and complete lack of communication from this company makes me question how they are still in business, they took six weeks to even return my clients rings. Others in the trade have now also told me of similar issues with their castings. Thousands of dollars spent for a ring full of porosity.
