I put my car in to this garage for a RWC, then made an appoint with VicRoads to have the vehicle re registered, I rechecked that I had everything needed for the appoint, paperwork in order etc, drove all the way there only to find that this company had not signed or dated the RWC!

I had to cancel other appoints for the day to run back and forth between Ballarat & Ballan to have the papers signed.

I waited outside for 30 mins before the owner returned to the garage and to sign the papers. He did not have the courtesy to even bring the paperwork out of the office himself ... he sent one of his workers!!

I accept that people do make mistakes, but this created unbelievable disruption to my day due to his negligence and he didn't even have the decency to apologise, let alone hand me the paperwork in person!

Customer service is not a top priority in this business.

Funny little petrol station! It is the only one in Ballan as far as I know and I went there for the first time today. When I finished filling up the car and went in to pay, the man behind the counter actually asked me how much it was. I had to ask him to repeat the question just to be sure I had heard correctly.
