Wow! Girls had a blast. The venue is well set up. Food yummy. Girls very much felt like pampered princess. Love the stress free party. The fairy godmother’s are attentive and full of energy that made the party a success. Highly recommended.

It was unclean, cluttered and one 17yo girl (which did the best she could with what she has) looking after three young girls getting the so called “heavenly makeover” , which started with water instead of pink lemonade, no cucumber on eyes. Cheap old cake not cupcakes , dirty looking face washes to clean the Chocolate facial off that got through the kids hair and on clothes as nothing was placed in their hair or shoulders , the children had to wait between each treatment and got bored . It’s not a pampering experience at all ! quick soak with a nail brush on their feet and cream rubbed on there feet for 1 min and then wrapped with a towel and I’m glad I got a Groupon as it certainly isn’t worth full price that’s asked, the experience is not even worth Groupon prices!!
Word of advice put clutter out back , clean your mirrors and have things waiting for the client and at least two people on and protect the children’s clothes and hair ,and for the love of god put some money back into the business ! Nicer nail polish colours would be a good start some quality ones that actually dry and aren’t all old and dried up and a more professional finish would be nice, make up brushes instead of fingers would be nice. I could of done a better job with nail polish at home and foot spa and a makeup kit for free. My sister and I have three girls between us (oldest turns 7 tomorrow) and if today was executed better and had quality products and more of a service and cleaner I might of considered to have birthdays here but I wouldn’t waste my money and suggest no one else does either , great idea but sooo poorly executed!!
** Thankyou to the young lady that looked after us you did the best with what you had and I appreciate your efforts please don’t think this review is about you as it’s not you did an awesome job for your age and qualifications and working by yourself, the end result was great considering what you were working with, the business needs to put money back into the establishment and items and overlook operations better ! **.

Best party venue ever. Had 4 parties every year gets better and better

Very disappointing, website is very misleading.. many things listed as inclusions in the party packet were not included, the shed it is held in needed some upkeep and the ‘fairy godmothers’ were unenthusiastic.

My little girl enjoyed her 9th Birthday party day, however due to another party being held upstairs her deluxe disco party was more a meek and mild silent party. All her friends and herself were told to be quiet and shhhhhsh anytime they were excited and enjoying themselves. We could hear shouts and thumping from the upstairs room which was holding another party. I had advised of dietary requirements 1 week prior as one child required gluten free- this child was given celery and carrots and no effort was made to accomodate for this with the children decorating cup cakes. I did order an extra fruit platter for $25 however there was 6 pieces of watermelon and a few strawberries and blueberries and I feel that extra fruit should have been provided for the accomodation of dietary requirements. I had to state to staff a number of times to provide the extra fruit. Overall the staff were lovely. For the price of the deluxe disco package I feel there was no disco at all and felt a little disappointed at the fact the children were not allowed to be excited and make noise.
Children’s parties are noisy.

encourage parents to leave the kids at the party and no have control to avoid one of the kids left the premisses unattended, they offered a grown up platter way over price saying that feed 6 people but in reality it feed just one, I ordered a sweet platter for adult and it was never delivered. they didn't have control over the kids on the party, finally I ended paying for 3 more kids that never went there, doing the make up of one of the girls some glitter got into her eye and they didn't let me know and let the kid approached to me crying in pain.
my daughter had fun on her party but definitely they need more organisation when you have a big party, if you can't control no offer.

It is a great place for little girls parties between the ages of 6 - 14. It is treating them what mum's would normally get done in a spa. Prices range because there are different packages you can get. It is great fun for the kids.
