Service was so slack once our meals were bought out no one bothered to come out to see if we wanted drinks etc. Wanted to order dessert but couldn't get anyone's attention so ended up leaving. The Mexican crepes were so spicy that they had no flavour and left a horrid burning sensation. Side salad was full of nothing but lettuce and a couple of sad under ripe cherry tomatoes that look like they had been re used. Sorry but I probably wouldn't go back. They might serve great pancakes but their meals are sub standard.

Approximate cost: $21

what a shame! i believe this area will all be redeveloped shortly, I wonder if they'll still be there?

Whilst not quite as good as it's sister branch in the Brisbane City, this Pancake Manor is still very good. The pancakes are prepared perfectly. I really could not go past ordering my usual chocolate and walnut offerings with the biggest lot of pancakes I could afford. The other selling point for me is the business hours, you can go anytime which for me is attractive. The staff are helpful and it's a good experience to sit back and let them take care of your pancake cravings. If you want the best pancakes, then I would suggest that this is a very good place to start. Stamp of approval.

Great food as always - just as good as the original pancake manor in the city! The waiters are a little cold, but overall, a pretty good experience!

Approximate cost: $12

Got invited to a lunch here with a big group of friends. My first time at this place. I was so impressed, the pancakes are massive, I got a whole stack of them packed with chocolate and some bananas for flavour. This eating place has every desert dish you could think of. We also order a side of wedges which were great also, but it's all about pancakes here and nice ones at that.

Pancake Manor gets top marks for me, I've never had such beautiful pancakes in all my life. I think I can say with certainty that it is the number #1 pancake place. You can go for breakfast, lunch or tea. I chose breakfast and chose the chocolate Jewels, pancakes. The meals are big so be prepared. If you don't like pancakes (how could you not) there are also other meal options, chips, wedges and steaks. I would recommend only choosing one or the other, it would be too much. I'm so happy that I chose to go. It's really nice.

I went here at 10.00pm on a Friday night and it was packed. Six of us squeezed into a booth and had a great time. They have so many sweet and savory crepes and pancakes. the service was pretty good and I'll go back.

I was so excited when they opened a Pancake Manor at Garden City as I have been a customer of Pancake Manor in the city for many years. I found the food to be just as good as in the city plus they have a great meal deal which is a Savoury Crepe, Pancake and a drink for about $20.

Approximate cost: $10 -$20

I recently went to the Garden City Pancake Manor (first time there). It was fabulous. I definately want to come back soon with my family - the kids will love it.
Pancakes are delightfully fluffy and super tasty. I had the pancakes with berries (can't remember the exact dish name)... it was very nice. I also had a lovely hot chocolate.
A lovely treat for a special occassion.
Staff were nice and the food was brought out quite quickly.

I remember going to the Pancake Manor in the City when I was in high school.... ahhh the memories. Will create some new memories at Garden City with my kids!!!

Had breakfast there with my family. Pancakes were Okaay but no better than anywhere else. My Dad decided to have the cooked breakfast and the hash browns were so overcooked as to be inedible and cold so very greasy. Will never go back

Thats a shame as it sems hard to mess up a great breakfast of pancakes. I wont be wanting to go here.

Met a friend here today for lunch - couldn't go past the Chocolate Jewels pancakes - AMAZING! Service was excellent, staff were friendly, and the pancakes - to die for! I've lived in Brisbane all my life and have never visited The Pancake Manor stores - found out today what everyone's been raving about for years, and that Í've been missing - can't wait to meet up with my friend again and have something savoury next time!

Approximate cost: $13.00

First time visitor recently and I loved it. We were seated and served promptly. I ordered pancakes and my friend ordered crepes - both were plated really nicely. Both of us struggled to finished our plates.
Staff were very nice and food was well priced. I'll be back with the family.

I went to this restaurant for dessert.. their pancakes are good, with reasonable price. My friend ordered waffle and it was rather small with too much sauce.. coffee is not very good. might try their ordinary meals next time.

Approximate cost: $15

Generous with alcohol orders which is nice for a change as most would agree alcohol is not value for money. The food was filling and of good standard. Management and staff were a little stand offish but open up once spoken to. Over all I enjoyed my meal and service.

Approximate cost: $16

Had very ordinary service and food the first time I went here after the movies on a Saturday night. Thought I would give them a second chance but didn't get much better. Service was slow, meals were past their best by the time they were delivered and checkout was not very friendly.

We came here for a surprise birthday dinner of about 30 or more and was very impressed with the service and how the staff went about things. Meals (including pancakes as dinners as it was a Saturday night) all came out reasonably at the same time. It was very delicious. They even had pencils and colouring in drawings for the younger kids :)
I would quite happily return back there when I am in the area next!

We went here for my wife's birthday dinner and they were fabulous. Food is perfect for kids and adults. There are lots of pancakes and sweet stuff but also proper food like steak, burgers and the lot. They let us bring a birthday cake and helped cut and serve. Brilliant place.

Approximate cost: $15
