There's not a lot of Pancake cafes in Perth, and this is just one of the few - and perhaps the oldest in Perth too? The restaurant interior is average. Food selection is good - with starters, grills, salads, crepes, and of course, pancakes! I come here for their pancakes, the blueberry heaven is my ultimate favourite. Ltheyre ligh and fluffy and served generously! The only downside about the Pancake at Carillon is the waiting time as it's always full and kitchen staff couldn't seem to cope with the number of orders.

Staff are always super friendly and quick to seat you and place orders, The pancakes are too die for, as are the savoury crepes. So many amazing choices and something different to try every time I go back. Prices are not too bad at all. The sizes are quite decent and definitely worth it.

This place is great! The pancakes are light and fluffy and the portions are quite generous. I got an all day breakfast that had four rashes of short cut bacon! Also if you just want a short stack with cream it's less than $10.00 which I think is reasonable. I would definitely go back. Unfortunately we went in school holidays. I would definitely try and avoid this if you can.

went here for lunch today, they sat us in the worst seats, right next to the register, they let us move though, had a short stack with bacon. The bacon was delicious and the pancakes weren't that bad either!

Not the best pancake place I've ever been to. If you specialize in pancakes and crepes, I feel that the pancakes and crepes need to be more outstanding. Having said that, the ingredients used are satisfactory and the menu is creative.

Approximate cost: $20-25

I have been going to Pancakes since I was a teenager and have always enjoyed it. I went last week and boy has the place changed. I don`t know if the place has changed hands but it is TOTALLY different. Still my favourite perth Pancake house.

Very family oriented restaurant. During school holidays and weekends, the place is prams galore! the staff who served us was very nice - though packed and while we were in the Q, he said we could park our pram away from our table but later, a table freed up with pram space, so he reserved it for us.

Approximate cost: $20
