Staff are always nice and polite and knowledgable about products. Here we can find nice jewellery prices at reasonable prices. Refunds are also acceptable without asking too many questions for some jewellery items e.g. necklace, bracelet, bangle, charm in condition that they wren't used (worn) and with receipt. I always met nice staff with good service.
