Staff are very friendly and full of advice. The quality of their beads have been terrific and even rearranged my beads on my bracelet for me. They are a little expensive but am happy to pay due to the good quality and range of choices and colour. Have bought from here as presents also. Would recommend.

Went in to find beads for Pandora Bracelet. Assistant was very helpful, took beads off bracelet, rearranged them and advised additional beads to enhance the look of the bracelet. I was really impressed that she took the time and trouble and I was so pleased with how the bracelet looked.
