I had some damage to my front bumper recently and was recommend to contact Panel Perfection by Dunbar Smash Repairs. I spoke with them and arranged for them to meet me and give me a price at 11am on Friday. 1pm and still no call or message to say they would be running late. Get a text at 2.30pm to say sorry can not do it today will come in the morning. I advised I would be available at 8am to 9am and did not turn up again. I would not recommend to deal with this company as I found them to be unprofessional, unreliable and will be passing this feedback back to Dunbar Smash Repair not to give out preferred businesses when they can not even call back to advise they will be late. Poor form really. half a star is being too kind.
