The quality of the cheeses are very high as this is a family run business who pride themselves on creating Italian cheeses.
Buying from the factory outlet is cheaper by a few dollars than purchasing from the supermarkets or other outlets.
My favourite is the mozzarella, its very creamy and melts beautifully in my cooking
