New ownership. Tried them when they were new and put unpleaseant meal down to newness. Went back this week and chips were very tasty. However, batter on fish was inedible as it was rubbery and dry and fish was dry as well. Potato cakes had to be thrown out a they were uncooked in the middle. Very disappointing.

Friendly staff, fresh food at a more than competitive price. I have always had great food from this shop, freshly cooked, with fresh produce, and always a busy little shop, which endorses their food being served.

Always polite and the place is so clean!
Very clean establishment with your run of the mill fish and chips menu. Oil was clean and so the food was crisp and moist on the inside. They serve also burgers. Service could have done with a touch more of enthusiasm but the price of food and prompt service makes up for it.

The value at this place is amazing. A cardboard container that is usually for a fisherman's basket at any other place, is in fact the single pack here.
