Took my series 3 XJ6 in with a rough idle and needing a service. No diagnostic effort was made - I was told only after paying that typically a condition such as mine requires full intake/injection strip and rebuild - they will not attempt to rectify without committing to a few thousand worth of work. That would have been great to know before going in.....

$1200 for a fluid service and for them to tell me what's wrong with the car. I asked for a transmission service - they don't have a flusher, so just dropped and refilled the box. Looks like I paid specialist rates for apprentice work. Upwards of $150 and hour for something I could have done in the driveway.

All in all, very dissatisfied by the work done, the price charged and the follow up customer service. For specialists I would have expected a fair bit more. Would not recommend.

Took my Peugeot for its first service (no charge) to this garage recently. They were friendly and efficient when booking the service, as well as when I checked in. They completed the work in a timely manner. Within walking distance to Green Square Station.

Try their service back in October 2010, the price is cheap for a regular car service but what you pay is what you get.

these guys were great in all aspects of there business. i found not just there workmanship but there advice just as good. keep up the good work guys. thank you
