Our strata hired Blair as his price was competitive and he is local. He fixed the roof, replaced the gutter guards and cleaned the gutters for the whole building. He was very fast and efficient and professional. Cleaned up very well after and polite with all residents. We will hire him again for any roofing needs.

I totally agree with the previous review. Blair the owner is articulate and seems genuine when you first meet him. He does have 20 years experience and sounds very professional and honest until he gets the business. You don't really know what type of job he has done on the roof until you have a leakage and you ask him to come back and have a look. He quoted me one price just to come and have a look and another price to my husband. A ridiculous amount as he just wasn't bothered. We asked another local roof repairer to come and have a look and they came out and didn't charge a thing. We certainly will go to him next time and have promoted him everywhere.
My advice is don't be sucked in by the articulate spoken Blair and look for another company who may be a little more expensive, but will actually do the job properly and come back if there is a problem.

This guy is dodgy. I got sucked in but a warning to others. He carries around a booklet trying to compare the work he does to that of other services but his is actually in fact exactly the same. He told me several lies and was deceitful in his approach to get my business. He offers a price just below those quoted by overpriced retailers such as Modern but doesn't give an accurate cost based on the size of house and work involved. A definite no go for anyone looking at roof restoration. There's lots of businesses like this one that focus on agressive selling rather than genuine service so be wary.
