I had a really bad experience with a shuttle bus from the Overland to a hotel for an overnight stay before getting on The Ghan the next morning. My father is 92 and although well, he is frail. There was nowhere for him to sit and he had to stand around for over 30 mins. I just couldn't face another such experience. I had booked this company before I left Melbourne having been impressed by their prompt and professional response to my initial enquiry via the net. I booked for a day trip to the Barossa. But first I had to get to The Ghan at 6am, go to Darwin, return to Adelaide and fill in 2 days before Overlanding it back to Melbourne!! I rang Jarrad at 9.30pm. He returned my call within 15 minutes and he agreed to collect us at 5.30am the next morning. He was there at 5.15, helped us with our luggage helped us book our luggage through. He just couldn't have been more helpful. He offered to collect us on our return from Darwin and I gladly accepted.
