I have been a loyal customer for 10 years even before it's current position. Sadly management only values money over his clients. Marco is away on leave so I was charged $50 for a haircut and trim. I don't mind the money but when you have paid $35 over the past year and the owner argues with you at the counter that's not good customer service.

Train your staff or manage your business properly don't blame your customer because you are not a good manager. At least you should have charged me $35 and sort it out with marco when he comes back but no you have no management skills or how to deal with a issue professionally. Your business has been successful because or marco not you. Mezzi is an awesome hairdresser as well but due to poor management style all his hard work will be down the pipe hole.

Yesterday will be my last time good bye after 10 years also going to tell my family and friends not to visit you. I have brought you so much business bUT your childish mindset will be your down fall.

Their service is friendly. I can ask them to give me some ideas of what will look good on me and always got useful ideas. I love getting their opinion. I feel it is important to trust your hairdresser as it is a personal experience.

Hairdressers are very professional. I like the style they designed for me. They are nice and friendly too.

Excellent hairdressers for very reasonably priced male haircuts. They do a great job with the kids too. They are located convieniently in the Rhodes Shopping Centre where there is plenty of parking.
