Recommended. I'm an actress, did a TV episode recently, make up girl said ' great hair, no need to do anything' says it all!

I had been offered several deals, promotions and discounts just by walking into the store. All of these quoted promotional deals have been honoured by management and I am extremely satisfied with the quality, service and value of Paris Hairdressing.

Hurstville store!! Do not buy the deals online they lie to you about the price!!!!!!. Bought the $49 deal only to be told when I went into the shop that they have to charge me more because I have long hair and it's not $49 it's actually from $49. This was NOT written anywhere on the website at all. She told me that price only would cover colour and cut instead of the whole deal. I showed the lady my voucher and she just nodded at it yet when it got time to do my treatment, she didn't do it. Just went from colour to cut then dry off. VERY disappointed as what is the point in offering a service for a particular price for the salon to turn around and say actually it costs more then what we advertised. It's actually illegal to advertise a price then charge more for it. Totally disappointed and will not be going there again. Service is good but it's not cool lying to your clients.

I recently had my hair done at Hurstville. I have to say the service was amazing , the mother and daughter were so amazing and I felt so comfortable in the salon.I also noticed when the salon wasn't as packed one girl that would get asked to help to do something and she would just stand there at the register and role her eyes,
I must say her attitude was very disgusting and wouldnt even let her touch my hair. The older lady did my foils and they turned out so ashy just what I wanted. The daughter did my blowdry because the mother was busy but I was so impressed with what an amazing blowdry she had done for only a apprentice. I recommend my family and friends to Hurstville store and Liverpool store. Great work Hurstville

I would never come back to this saloon!!They let you wait 20 minutes in your appointment time. One girl is doing 3-4 clients at the same time. Then they will ask you to wait which is quite understandable if you are having foils..then another will check for the other girl's work. Then they will ask you to wait. I paid a deal which includes style cut..and hairdresser just cut my left side which was flipped out, and just made a few snips and told me it is done!! And the nerve to ask , do you want it to be blow dried? That is another 25 $service cost plus!! They do not know how to value their clients. ANd by the way..it is so untidy. The brushes they used for coloring the hair is just soaked altogether in a container. They have no laundry bin for used black towels. One girl is folding the towels in front of the clients. The upper walls and the ceiling has cobwebs even.

I'm not sure where to start with this, either the poor service or the terrible results.
I'd explained what I wanted and was told that would be no problem, a tidy up of my long bob and a half head of foils in natural copper tones. What I got was a head of over bleached hair, which with toner was bright blond. It was then retoned with a 'more natural shade' however the colour is patchy and dull and grey in areas (I'm naturally brunette). I also had toner stains on my face and neck and large amounts of toner left in my ears. The cutting took only about five minutes with all my hair pulled to the back of my head and cut. There was no checking of length or neatness and I ended up with a concave bob (not the straight bob I'd asked for) and with the right hand side noticeably longer than the left. I wasn't hanging around to have it further tampered with at this point. Partly because the professionalism of the staff member was gravely lacking. I had been caught under a number of joking conversations between staff members about sexual acts, not really what I want to hear. During the shampoo process I got the distinct feeling the staff couldn't be bothered washing hair, as the sides got a wash, but not the top or crown. I was left for well over thirty minutes with bleach in my hair, when I'd been told 20 minutes, some of my hair has now snapped.
I've been and had my hair recut a day and a half later at another salon and the hairdresser there was at a loss to the cut and condition of my hair. Only a week of this awful colour to go and I can strip it and have it recoloured.
Think twice about going here, there is a reason the prices are so low.

Approximate cost: $80

Would never recommend. Waiting over an hour for my hair was beyond rediculous. No one said anything till I got up to leave and leave i did. Ruined my day after a really tough week. I just wanted a treat and not crap service. Macquarie store.

I wish i didn't go in the first place,,,I had a feeling about it that it is not good,,, a friend of mine bought me a voucher and unfortunately she hadn't been there too before, I went for a blow dry and hair cut and every 5 min the girl would leave me and go & something else,,,she kept looking at her reflection in the mirror,,,the staff cared about their looks more than the customers,,,the hair cut was horrible,,,you would find short hair on one side and a longer on the other,,,the amateur wouldn't do so...when i asked for the manager the girl, they said that the manager is not there and strangely enough when i was reading the reviews here, i found out that the name of the owner is Wolly and he was just standing next to me and dealing with one of the customers. BEWARE don't be fooled by their low prices...LOW PRICES MEANS LOW SERVICE

Went to get a keratin treatment (I had booked in advanced) was overall good service til they palmed me off to another hairdresser, when she blew my hair it litterally burned my scalp, and when she straigtened it, it felt as though she was ripping my hair out, I was supposed to get it cut but because I had the worst headache due to my hair being burnt and ripped, I told them not to worry. It's a very over priced salon ($80) for a simple colour, but the keratin has worked well. Would not go there again but wouldn't tell others not to.

Approximate cost: $100
