Trevor & his team at Parkes were just fantastic . I arrived with my Alfa ( Giulietta ) - a car I love . It had some areas that had unfortunately attained markings of an acidic liquid nature from drops falling from a concrete roof in our apartments car park . He studied the problem with his team & said he could try to fix it - but should it not work it could cost $660.00 to completely paint the bonnet where the marks were . Guess what , his treatment worked & took only 20 minutes or so . How happy was I - then I offered to pay & he wouldn't accept anything - what a nice man & for that matter his whole team - I certainly won't be forgetting this & would happily recommend Parkes Body Works to fellow motorists . I can't thank you enough Trevor - the car is spick & span again .

Trevor was very professional in the advice he gave me about the removal of rust areas in the foot wells of my LandCruiser as well as the recommended method of repair. This was instrumental in resolving a point of contention with the buyer. I will use his expertise in the future - both advice and body repairs.

Fantastic service. My car got run into and after finding Parkes on the internet, they handled the rest above and beyond the call of duty. The car was dropped off for a quote, they then dealt with the opposing insurer, and within 3 days the car had been assessed by the insurer and repaired. The owner Trevor remained in regular contact through the process, providing detailed explanations. We were offered lifts to work/home, provided with a replacement car. and the actual work was of high quality. Finally, they cleaned the car thoroughly after the job, delivered it back to us, and provided touch up paint for any future scratches. Would highly recommend to anyone else - A++ work and service
