I would not stay there near site 29 as the tenant is abusive all hours of the day and night

This motel and Van Park was not what was expected. The rooms were good but there was a terrible ant and spider problem. Not to mention the very high price...$520 for ONE WEEK!!! That was for 2 adults and 2 small children and that's the reduced weekly price. If i had paid by the night it would have been a lot more. The pool wasn't very clean, the camp kitchen wasn't 100% and there was no playground or anything else for kids to do there. The convenience store was good and clean but a bit over-priced on items. There was only 1 washing machine available for all visitors to use. Overall i was very disappointed.

I stayed at this motel for 2 nights when I was working up at Rockhampton. The business is run by a couple. The guy is very nice and pleasent but the lady was quite rude when I asked for a change of room.

The shower in the room leaked and after I had a shower, when I would return from work there was a layer of water over the bathroom floor. I looked at the shower and noticed the tiles were broken.

When I approuched the lady she was rude and she said well you don't expect 5 star when you pay $65 a night.

Well I have stayed at places that around this figure before when travelling for work and they were a lot better. It was meant to be 3 star but I would say it wouldnt even make 1.
