Went into the RE Office inquiring about investment properties mainly townhouses around the area and was told nothing was on the books and went to a property
magazine and there was advertised a property for sale exactly what I was after,
I asked the lady and was told it wouldn't be suitable, I was told I was placed on
a contact list but have heard nothing and that was 5 months ago and they have
since been trying to sell 3 t/houses in the area without success
