Great doctors, terrible admin staff. Had been to see doctor about swollen finger for unknown reason, where I was sent for X-rays. Rang up to find out results, and told by admin staff that X-ray was all clear. Explained that finger was still very swollen and sore and requested another consultation with doctor and was told he is already booked out for the day and that I’d have to wait 4 days for a new appointment. I was told at first appointment not to book another appointment as I’d be able to get in and explained this, but the admin assistant didn’t care. Now have a swollen finger with limited circulation with lots of pain and no treatment over the long weekend. What happened to duty of care?

Extremely rude from the moment i pick up the phone to talk. Then proceeded to talk over me and hung up

A happy welcoming atmosphere combined with confident, knowledgable doctors and nurses makes this our preferred GP centre. Easy parking and ALDI and chemist next door are bonus.

Only new to area tryed a few doctors whom did not feel comfortable with was told about parklands medical centre well have not looked back there are 2 female doctors and a nurse and 2 male doctors all are caring and friendly and what makes it even better is reception staff are friendly great with kids as well
