My Sony A7 had a problem with the LCD screen. I asked for a service and a clean as well and specifically asked about updating the software. So $250 later the screen was fixed but the calibration now out and the software not updated. The promised restitution never occurred and they had the front to use as an excuse that they din't really know about Sony (but they were happy to take my money). Stay away from these shysters.....
