Had yum cha here once and it was a good experience! Lots of variety of dishes and the atmosphere was good - have been to places where it is quite crowded and can feel confined when trolleys are moving passed but tables here have adequate space between them for trolleys to move which was good. Price is a little bit high but overall definitely worth trying!

Been there a few times for yum cha. The food is fresh, good and of high quality. The service is as friendly as a Chinese restaurant can get. It's quite pricey compared to other yum chas. It's located in Parramatta Westfield so the 3 hour free parking is a bonus. I have not tried the dinner yet.

I've been here a few times and each time the experience has been positive. The food is lovely, the staff friendly, and the service is generally prompt. It's a bit on the pricey side but it is worth it. I have not yet tried the yum cha but I will at some point.

Who doesn't love Yum Cha? When we are in Westfields Parramatta we make sure to have Yum Cha Here. Located next to Event Cinemas on Level 4, it's a convenient location making it easy to access the train station as well. Try and come before lunch rush hour or you will need to wait about 20minutes or s depending on how many diners you have with you.

Decor is lovely, kids enjoy being seated near the windows so they can look at the trains and people walking below. Food os what we come for. A few of our favourites are the dumplings - steamed, deep fried but most importantly prawn ones both kids love! The fried noodles, siu mai, steamed asian greens are just some of our favourites and the mango pancakes. Delicious!

We've always managed to get the food we like from the ladies trolleys. Waiters have always been prompt with drink service and requesting forks for the kids.

Phoenix have other locations such as Rhodes, Manly and Castle Hill just FYI.

Love coming here for Yum Cha. Have never had a bad experience and will return.

Attended for yumcha on a Saturday. Quite a few diners, but spacious and several tables available. Nice location. Quality of dimsum was average and nothing really stood out. At more than $6 per plate (closer to $8? I should have paid more attention to the bill rather than just pay while being disappointed at the price, lol), though, it turned out rather expensive.

Some random thoughts on individual dishes -- siewmai was pretty nice. Egg tart was flaky and custard was smooth, came with three (slightly smaller than usual) on a plate. Charsiew cheongfun had somewhat thicker layers than I'd expect, not enough sauce. Seenchokguen (pardon the bad romanisation xD) was unremarkable and, again, could have been a bit more delicate. Hargow was alright, though I kinda missed the frilly presentation; it just came in what looked like the same wrapping for the cabbage dumplings, smooth and round. Watermelon and grass jelly dessert was very simple, really just cubes of watermelon with cubes of grass jelly. Make it at home?? XD Taufa was of moderate sweetness and good smoothness, but lacking some depth. I'm biased towards those with ginger-flavoured syrup, though, so that might be why.

Compared to other Chinese restaurants, their service is prompt, fast and much more professional. The Yum Cha varieties are large, high quality and very fresh. If you care about quality and having a nice experience, then this is highly recommended. The price is reasonable for what you get. Averagely about $25 per person without alcohol

Approximate cost: $25

The decor is very nice and modern and the furniture is relatively new. It is comfortable and the lighting is quite flattering. The food is always great and it is good for both large gatherings with extensive family or a small party.

The food is so nice, but i find it to be a bit over-priced. The staff are really friendly and the decor is really nice. Plenty of seating. There is a wide variety of food to choose from. I think it's a great place for a big group of people.

The food is good but the price is quite expensive. A good place for a big group as the restaurant is quite big. There is a variety of food to choose from. Overall the restaurant is not bad,

The service staff is very friendly and are always smiling. The restaurant is pretty big and can fit 13 of us comfortably in one big table. Food : the stars of the night were actually the entrees - sesame prawn toast and spring roll. The mains are just the average Chinese food. The best main of the night was the chicken cooked in Shandong sauce. Overall the dishes are on the saltier side so it's probably a good idea to tell the wait staff to inform the cook if you do not want your food to be salty
