Fixed my car , without any booking, fitted me in, as I was stuck. Good service, cost was good, nice tidy garage, thankyou so much. Would recommend for sure.

Communication non existent. Vehicle (18 years old) had a fuel pump problem. At no stage was the cost of repair discussed. Had to ring several times to get information. $1100 bill. Requested invoice detailing costs - not forthcoming. Absolute rouges, not recommended. This type of business gives the automotive industry a bad name.

They had my car for doing a service and I asked to also do a quote to fix problem with car. They didn't do quote or have a clue what was wrong and wanted me to book in again so they could charge me a further $300 just to find out what was wrong and told me that this problem always leads to very expensive outcome to fix, so if I don't have $1500 to fix should just park car until I had the money. Went to another mechanic who worked out the problem pretty much straight away and fixed the problem in less time that it would have taken for them to find the problem and it cost me much, much, less. I even got spark plugs replaced and still was much cheaper than they wanted to charge for problem they had no idea on what to fix. Oh! Also, if you are a woman they are extremely condescending!!!
