had been having my dog groomed there for over six months,I dont think they ever cleaned her ears,went to the vet as my dog had an Ear infection,they gave me an estimation bill for $700 to treat the Ear infection & clean her front teeth,went and got another opinion.estimation was $500,money grabbing Vet.There are much better Vets around,Epping Vet,West Ryde and Dundas Vet much more polite better priced.This Vet practice think they are the God of all Vets.When I complained,the Manager stood up for her staff and didn't care about me the customer,never again for me.

they treated my dog in inhumane way. n when i kept my dog there he got intestinal infection. and people over there are rude.
dont want to help in any situation but most of the people think the are good.
but outside of the clinic is clean n reception area too but where dogs and cats are kept down stair is worst place like old days prison.

the staff are very kind, when i took my cat there, they treated him impeccably, the value is average. it's expensive but worth it. when i gave my cat an operation they gave me a discount, they took very good care of my cat and my cat has since recovered. they do check up and they reallly care about your animals~! the environment was clean and decent

what can I say this place will be full of praises. the place is clean, the receptionist is nice and the doctor is smart. I would highly recommend this to you guys to visit this store.

I move to Parramatta recently. It is the first time I go to this vet. The first impression is very good for the clean environment and nice receptionist. The vet is very detailed in doing check-up and explaining my dogs' health. Every Tuesday and Thursday, they have free dental check-up for dogs and cats. And, they have grooming service as well.
