I have been using Partycles for 7 years - for all our party's & work related promotions - Pip has always done a wonderful job in looking after us , all the off team are professional & efficient - I have always loved everything they have put together for us & always have some great suggestions . Apart from Ballons they also offer a great selection off lolly jars , napkins , cutlery ,streamers , & all sorts off things I would never off thought off :-)

We used this store for a 5th birthday party purely as they were the closest. I was blown away by the level of service. They were very helpful with selection of the ballooons, and advice on which gas to have and how long they would last. I arranged for delivery and a couple of balloons burst on the ceiling. I called them and within 20 minutes they had dropped over 6 more to replace them! They all lasted way beyond the 2 - 3 days promised. They also keep in touch with confirmation before the day, then on the day to let you know the delivery is on the way, then after the event to see how it all went.
I have never had such service from a business like this before. Will definately use again.
