If it were possible to leave no stars I definitely would. Do not take your car here for a service. The business has changed hands and is now being run by JSM Automotive Vic. Took my car for a service here and the car that I got back was not in the same condition as what it was when it went in, clutch was totally blown when I got it back and they told me it would need to be replaced. Had no issues with the clutch before going in and clutches usually wear down over time so would have noticed any issues. Had to take the car to be looked over at another mechanic and found out that they had left me with an unroadworthy car. There were many issues with the car that were not checked and despite being charged for it, a safety check was clearly not performed on the vehicle. When I called back they said they would offer a refund which never happened. I don’t know where all the positive reviews on here have come from and I can only assume they are fake, but don’t be fooled and don’t take your car or business here, it’s not worth the headache.

We have been taking our cars here for 4 years. Sam the owner is a genuine guy who I totally trust to look after our cars. When we moved to Sunbury a year ago I tried a new mechanic and the price was double what I usually pay!! Since then I prefer to make the trip back to Pascoe Vale for price and service.
