Patel store gave a $20 voucher to use in Apsara beauty parlour for shopping on 02/07 over $100. I was told to use within next 21 days. I called to book appointment for tomorrow 23/07 but they refused to honour saying that 21 days includes the day of shopping. I was not told this in the first place and also since I shopped at night and their parlour was already closed I could not have used their services. I asked them to then book me in for today for which they replied they are fully booked!! Despite requests to adjust either today or tomorrow they seem adamant. I don't think I will shop with them again. Its not the matter of $20 voucher but their word. When they say next 21 days it should mean next 21 days. Period. In terms of layout too their store does not look too clean and organised. I would go to little india store instead.

We often stop in here, when we are passing by, especially helpful for when you need milk, rice or other grocery items.

Love the shop and that is because we will get all the necessary things there and its very near to home and reasonable price.customer service should need to be improved and other than that everything is fine.they have a new items everytime when i go there and can get the deals for few fests.wholesale family shopping shop it is.

Good place to get Indian groceries but bit pricey. They do have good deals though, they give free DVD over $50 purchase

they have quality Indian grocery and food items. wide choice of savouries and snacks...The prices are competitive and service is Ok.

all north inbdian stuff can be bought here. but compared to other shops they charge a bit higher rates, other than that pretty good shop
