We have had dealings with this business twice over the past. Once was probably 10 years ago and the other very recent. I would have given a good score in the past but the most recent dealings didn't go quite as well and probably will go else where in the future. This time I don't think we got the best advice and some of the instructions given were incorrect. This service doesn't cost but they get a kick back from the loan not just the once but for the life of the loan (I think most do that isn't special to this company). I got the feeling that once we had got the loan organised we almost felt like any further questions were a nuisance. We were assured that some fees from the bank wouldn't be charged and they were. On questioning this matter once it was evident we were going to be charged he got a bit snappy. I understand that some of it would be out of their control but the possibility of it would have been nice to plan for and be informed of. After all these years I would have thought some of this would be standard process. It all ended up being a very stressful process and really wished we had just done it all ourselves in the end. Please note the value rating was difficult as it didn't cost us anything to do except a few grey hairs.
