Absolutely amazing service. Had to to visit the practice in an emergency and I was thoroughly impressed with Tim and staff and the overall service provided during an obviously difficult time.

Totally dedicated to the welfare of the animals NOT the size of his wallet!
I recently took my dog to a vet in Croydon, only because I work there; $600+ later, after telling me he had kidney failure & 4 months to live, they insisted on numerous tests to confirm his kidney problem, weeks later still no diagnosis or treatment.
I took him to Tim, $150 later I had a REAL diagnosis of Arthritis had a course of injections & a happy dog. Love this guy :)

I'll give 2 star because I didn't actually get to the point of seeing the vet so I can't comment if he is any good. I didn't get past the rude, inattentive girls on reception when I called to book my 2 dogs in for a pre-checkup for a dental. I found the first girl was rude, didn't listen to what I was saying and was more concerned with telling me what they wouldn't do rather than what they would do. She then asked me to hold the line and put me through to someone else who seemed to have no idea of the reason for the appointment. All in all, I explained my reason for the appointment 3 times before I got a bad feeling, told her not to worry about it and decided I would go somewhere else with my dogs. It doesn't matter if you are front staff or the treating vet, people love their animals and you should love your jobs at least half as much as we love our animals.

My parents had been visiting Tim with their dogs for years, but when I moved away I tried several other nearby vets... ... ...BIG mistake. Never again! I have been a client of Tims for over 10 years and am awestruck at his dedication, honesty, love for all creatures and respect for his clientele. I also believe he is the best vet in Melbourne.

I have been going to this vet over the last couple of years and cannot recommend Tim highly enough. He genuinely cares about the animals and not making a buck!

I have been to this vet a few times now since moving to a near by suburb. My chihuahua suffers from fits and this Vet has been one of the best I have dealt with. He is like a Dr. Harry, explains what is happening without complicated jargon and you can tell he loves his job! He is also one of the most affordable vets I have encountered, very reasonable and doesn't overcharge. He came came highly recommended from friends and family in the area and now I am also highly recommending him!
