Really great value and insights from Paul throughout our 6 month coaching plan concentrating on key areas which are broken down and really delved into. In the beginning I was unsure of a few things however following our sessions it opened up my mind and really leaves you thinking.

I came to Paul at a point in my life when I was just unhappy with myself and with the choices that I was making and I could see that I was going into a vicious cycle. Paul's program was exactly what I needed.

What I liked most about Paul was how he took his work seriously and no matter how many questions or doubts I had, he addressed them all.

Paul allowed me to be open and vulnerable and not feel judged. He also gave me the tools I needed for the next stage of my journey.
