Paul has just completed installation of our glass pool fence and also aluminium slat infills to our front fence. From the moment we contacted Paul we were impressed, we had already had sooo many tradies not get back to us or not show up when they said they would!! But not Paul! He was professional and prompt right from the beginning. He was more than happy to travel to Colac to take measurements and provide a quote. Paul always arrived when he said he would and stayed in contact leading up to installation. On site, Paul was always happy and a delight to have around....and as for the fences, well, they look great!! Paul has an incredible eye for detail! Everyone has commented about how good they look. We had a lot of trouble trying to get a tradesman out to quote on a spa barrier fence. One night just before 6pm, I called Paul after finding his details online. I expected the call to go to voicemail due to the time however Paul answered and we had a good talk about what we were looking for. During the time I waited for a permit from a Building Surveyor, Paul continued to be in contact with me and assisted me with every additional request I made. On the days when he attended site, he arrived on time, was very friendly, cleaned up afterwards and most importantly his work was magnificent and we now have a spa barrier fence that looks better than the spa itself. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul. We cannot thank Paul enough for all his help.

As an update, we managed to get the Building Surveyor out for the final inspection not long after Paul finished the job. The Surveyor walked in and said "Wow someone knows what they are doing, this fence is perfect". Within 2 minutes of the inspection commencing, it was approved. Thanks Paul
