This business has recently changed hands and is not as it used to be. The prices have gone up by around 25% in two months just this year. My dog returned from here recently traumatised after her visit and I fear she has been mistreated.

I love this groomer. The girls are always happy and polite. They fit my dog in as soon as they can, even if I ring last minute. My dog always comes out looking beautiful and clean. Couldn't recomend them more! I recently had a problem with my dogs behaviour and the young girl who works their was more than happy to have a chat with me about different ways to resolve my dogs naughty behaviour!

Rudest customer service I have experienced, the owner actually raised her voice at me and told me she didnt care that I was concerned about the method of clipping she was going to use on my dog and also warned me that as a result, my dog may need urgent vet attention. When i told her this worried me, instead of calming my concerns, she told me I could go away. No regard is shown for your dog's comfort or wellbeing.

I booked this in at the very last minute and was pleased that Paw Relations made time to clip my dog. Unfortunately she came out looking quite shaggy and unevenly clipped. The price was a little more than expected, only a little less than a doggie day spa.

Our dog came out of this shop looking great. 7 different lengths of clipping suited us well as we could choose a shorter cut in Summer, longer in Winter.
Dogs are separated at this groomer which I believe is the right thing to do, I would hate to come and pick up my dog to find he has been attacked by another.
