Every time my dog Olive & I set off to her fortnightly wash & tidy I do so with confidence knowing that from the minute we enter the door she is so excited to be there. I have been taking Olive to see Elaine & her team for the past 2 years and I am so impressed with the result every time. My children are delighted to come home to as they call her " a fresh & fluffy puppy"! Every time we go for a walk people comment on the clip and how soft she is. Olive is so happy to be there. We have since since moved from the area, however I will continue to to keep the fortnightly visits as we are all confident that this is the best place for her to be groomed. Highly recommended.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Paws in Style. The staff are always friendly and helpful and my puppy is always happy to stay there for her grooming. She is a Malchi so has a nervous disposition but her tail wags happily on the way in and the way out. She has been going there for 2 years and I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

Recently I took my shitzu Billie to be groomed at Pawz in Style. In the past I have been disappointed numerous times by other salons I have taken her to....she has come home stressed and with a bad haircut! I have to say they did an amazing job at Pawz in Style....Billie came out looking fantastic and she was happy, not traumatised. The owner Elaine and her staff were incredible, it's so obvious that they truly care about the dogs they look after. I would highly recommend them for your next grooming visit.

Pawz in Style severely injured my dog and are refusing to take ownership. I WAS a regular customer taking my mini schnauzer to the salon for a regular groom. Moments after I picked my dog up and was on my way home I noticed one of her eyes closed and severely watering - she looked like she had been in a boxing match. I rang them to ask what happened and they replied that they 'meant' to tell me when I was in the shop that they think my dog had a 'hair' in her eye was just 'sleepy' hence why her right eye was completely closed. I immediately took my dog to the vet who had to be hospitalize for two days and I was informed she was in a great deal of pain. The vet also informed me that my dog had been poked in the eye with a blunt object and as a result a cyst had formed covering her whole cornea - at that stage we didn't know how or if she would recover. I called them and explained the situation and they denied it over and over even after I told them what the vet had said and what my dog was being treated for. I asked for a refund and was told NO as they said my dog had received a full groom - what they didn't mention was the $550 in vet bills, a cyst on her eye and a over a week of extreme pain and suffering for my dog. As recently as today 16Th May 2014 They are still denying they did anything wrong and refuses to give me a refund. I will be taking this further. THIS IS WARNING TO ALL PET OWNERS - DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO PAWS IN STYLE AT CROYDON PARK OR YOU TOO MIGHT END UP WITH AN INJURED ANIMAL.

The best groomers I've ever used and I've been working with dogs for over 10 years. The dogs are not caged for hours on end, miserable & sad They are bathed, blow dried, clipped and trimmed to your exact specifications and so reasonably priced. Absolutely thrilled to have finally found someone who knows what they're doing & has the dogs best interests in mind at all times. Highly recommended!
